Why won't my boat go full speed?

I had my boat in the water this weekend and I had it top out and all of a sudden it low down and wouldn't speed back up. the motor itself didn't shut down but, when I turn it all and tried to open it up again, it wouldn't go full speed. What do you suggest might be wrong with it. its a envirude 115hp

Without more information about what happened and what's

happening now it's hard to suggest anything,but there are a few things you can check.First do a compression test and test

for spark on all 4 cylinders.Check your spark plugs for colour and wet or dry.Also check for fuel and test it for water.If you check these and find no problems,write again with a little more information.Good luck.
