Why won't my computer read my zune?

it's a 30GB zune. i plug the zune into the usb port and it gets into the zune media player but it doesn't read the zune. nothing comes up for it. at other times i'll plug it in and it will show the busy signal and then nothing will come up. not even the ZMP. i reinstalled in just a week or to ago and it worked fine-once. is there a solution to this problem?

you can check on zune.net for an answer.

if your zune is still under warranty you can register it on the site and request a repair under support.

they will send you a box and you send it out to zune

they will give you a refurbished zune of equal or greater value.
