Why won't my computer recognize my Creative Zen?

Like when i plug it into my computer, it starts charging but then when i go to my computer to access the files and put music it is not even showed to be plugged in.

I use windows media player to add music into my creative zen

and i use the program that came with it to add videos and pictures.

I dont know if that helps but that happened to me before, just unplug your zen then restart your computer and see if it works
