Why won't my contacts stay in? ?

They seem to have huge air bubbles every time i put them in. Trying to press on it and get rid of them doesn't seem to work. It's the left one, and it should be easier because its my dominant hand. I've tried it inside out and everything, so I don't think its a problem with it not being the right way.

  1. You might want to talk to your optometrist.  You could need a different size or a different brand.  That is why they give you a 2 week supply in case the one brand doesn't work for your eye.  They should give another brand to try for free.

  2. if you can't get rid of them, its possible the lenses aren't fitted properly for your eyes.  You might have to go to another brand.  give the eye Dr. a call...../

  3. well try looking all around w/ your eye once the contacts on . that SHOULD "pop" the bubbles. if not it sounds liek your eyes are too dry and not letting the contacts adhere to them , you might need to drink more water

  4. As you put it in, it helps to hold it to your eyeball with your finger, and roll your eye around a bit to get rid of the air bubble.

You can also try putting it in, closing your eye, and with your finger pressed over your eyelid, to roll your eyeball around.

  5. hmm i was gonna say the inside out thing. but when i got mine, the lady told me that once i get it in, look up, down, left, and right with your eye before blinking to get rid of any air bubbles. hope this helps!
