Why won't my dvd player play the WORDS off my dvds?

My dvd player is only playing the MUSIC off the dvds and not the WORDS. W T F??

It might be your SCART LEAD (The red, yellow and white cables) make sure there all in

Red and White = Audio (Left and Right)

Yellow = Video

hit the "audio" button on the remote

you should have several choices, scroll thru them till you can hear the sound.

well it is simply you can't hear the WORDS.
