  1. hold the center button and menu at the same time. it should turn on then. if it doesnt maybe try contacting the itunes store. or look on their web page, it should have an question and answer spot.

  2. you might want to reset your ipod. you can do this buy pressing both the menu button and the middle button at the same time i think. goodluck!

  3. does anything happen when you plug it into your computer?

  4. Are you sure it's charged? If it is and it still doesn't turn on go to the apple help support page..

    http://www.apple.com/support/ipodnano/ea...

  5. Maybe you turned it off wrong or my ipod freezes alot so it may be just frozen off.i don't know but you may want to go to where you bought it and tell them whats wrong.

  6. The battery may have failed. Charge it. Reset it with iTunes. It hasn't got wet? The hold isn't on?

  7. ok you have to hold the center button and menu at the same time..trust me,.

  8. Sometimes the battery can go down while its not on.  Try charging it and turning it on again.  If that doesn't work you can hold down the pause/play button and the menu button at the same time to reset it.  This will not remove anything on you ipod.

  9. try to plug it into the computer and click on restore or maybe it was reset all settings try both if you can not sure though. or try to leave it to charge

  10. maybe you didn't turn it off correctly?

  11. try plugging it in to a wall outlet or a computer. that usually works for me when my ipod is down, even if it is fully charged.
