Why won't my laptop download Microsoft Office Home & Student 07?

My OS is Vista- When I put the disk in, the autorun doesn't start and therefore I don't ever get that first window popping up to continue with the installation. I think I know there's an easy way to manually start it, or atleast I think there was with XP, but can't figure it out now with Vista. Thanks for any help :)

  3. You start it the same way (basically) under Vista as you would under XP.

Click the start button (which now looks like the Windows logo in a circle), select "computer" (instead of "my computer"), and then double-click the CD drive to open it.

Or, if the program follows convention, you can type WindowsKey+R to open the "run" dialog, and then type "d:\setup" (replacing "d:" with the appropriate drive letter of your CD drive).
