Most likely because Sarah's people don't like them, because they tell the truth. So their trolls and Y/A censor them, so we've got a  big fight on our hands.

because yahoo doesnt like new accounts to post and spam on their website.

Honestly, its lack of proper customer support and staff.  It's called being lazy b*****s, and not monitoring their website.
