Question:

Why won't my videos import from my kodak easyshare C340 but my pictures will?

It imports the videos but it won't show me the videos! My other camera that records videos imports my videos and I can watch 'em! What's the problem?

  1. Get a card reader... take the memory card out of the camcorder and use the card reader to get to the video (and the pictures).
