Why won't my windows live messenger install properly ?

Question

when I try to install messenger and the sign in assistant they both fail.

It it really starting to annoy me as I have being using ebuddy.com and iloveIM.com for ages and i really want WLM back.

I dont know if this is just coincidence but when my WLM stoppped working so did my Limewire (which I don't use anymore anyway) and windows media player.

Can any1 help me ?

hey i can help you first unistall limewire but leave windows media player there rite. go to http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/Searc...

where it says go type in windows live messenger and it will come up click on the first one download it then install it if it dont work well download windows live messenger 7 first then once you hav download that and it install and now working you can update it to version 8
