I can tell you're not living in Southern California!

We set heat records here yesterday.  In many places it was in the high 90s.  I think the city of Santa Fe Springs hit 99 degrees!

I'm sure old man winter will retire very soon, wherever you are.

First of all, there is no old man winter.

Secondly, if there was, maybe it's so that those of us who like winter and snow can enjoy it.  Imagine if winter never existed anymore.  The world would be a boring, way too warm, desolate place.  Unfortunately, winter can't last all year, so we have to say goodbye to it at some point, but we always have hope it will come back.  Lots of people would be disappointed if it never did.
