Why won't the cd drive on my computer open anymore?

Question

I used super anti spy-ware to delete some viruses i had on my computer a couple days ago. And today when i went to put in a cd it would not open. How can i get it to open?

well i would restart the computer and try to open it afterwards then if that didnt work I would try opening it with a paperclip there is most likey a little hole near the button that you can stick a paper clip into press in to forcefully pop out the tray if that works I would get some canned air and try blowing out dust in there that might be keeping it from opening properly

open my computer

right click on the drive and select eject

no work..

try uninstalling the device from device manager

find the drivers online to re-install it
