Why won't the color palletes for avatar's work?

I've been tyring to click the color palletes that you're supposed to use to make your eyes green/blue or your hair blonde/black or your pants green, and none of them are working. It just stays as the default.

Problems like this may happen due to a bad cache. Clear your history, temporary files (be patient)  & cookies, then restart the computer and retry. This  HELP link has instructions: http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/mail/ya... .

Also, be sure that you have the latest Flash Player downloaded and installed so it works correctly.
