Why won't the navy admit that they may have been responsible for the dolphins deaths in the west country?

Apparently they were carrying out manouevres in the area, including sonic booms at the time.

Are you sure the navy is doing this?  The navy has been around for a long time, and no complaints about the navy doing manoevers until just recently.

Maybe they were in the area at the time, but sonar and dolpins regularly come into contact.  Most Royal navel ships have some sort of sonar (be it on a sub to see where they are going, or on the bottom of a ship to see the shape of the ocean floor). Dophins regularly sit on the bw wave of fast travelling navel ships, to get a fress push through the water.  They can often be seen playing near and around submarines.  In fact the dolphin is the emblem of the submarine service.  While an proper invertigation should be carried out, i dont think it is likly that a sea vessle scarerd them inshore.  And i dont htink any navel officer would allow anything on his boat that would knowingly hurt a dolphin or whale.

Also wales and dophins have been know to beach them selves for no appraten reasion before even when there is no vessle in the area.

I suggest waiting untill the outcome of the investigation before casting blame.

well they wont admit to anything first of all and the government can hide anything it wants to even if you have pix's no matter what we are the little people on the end of the rope being put were they want us to be.

It dose not matter what anyone dose in this world someone will always be their to tell us what to do and how to do it.

They are not exactly responsible,responsibility suggests a deliberate act and it wasn't.

I guess it can't be proved 100% yet, so until they know, the Navy isn't going to admit any wrongdoing.  It is possible, albiet very small, that they are not responsible.
