Why won't the songs that i bought on itunes, show up on my itunes account?

i recently bought, 5 songs and 4 videos on itunes, and they don't show up on my account, so i can put them on my ipod. what do i do?

you may not have finished downloading them, go to the itunes store and click on "support" on the right side navigation bar, then if you didnt finish downloading them, it will say that you have unfinished purchases
