Why won't yahoo groups allow me to add a footer?

I went to the management section of my group,went to the area to add a footer and did so..clicked save changes and nothing :/ I've had a few people post since then..and nothing is showing up at the bottom.

Here's an example of my footer:

Members of (my group's name removed) are encouraged to invite their friends to our events, but (name removed)must require that posts not be forwarded without permission of the original writer as per Yahoo Groups TOS. If you have received a post forwarded without such permission, please notify (group name removed)[e-mail].

I copied your example and added it to one of my groups and it went just fine with a few tests I did from the group and from e-mail. I'd go back and be sure the footer is there and still intact and if it is, I'm not sure why it's not working for your group.

The footer only shows up in messages sent out via email to members.  It does not display in messages viewed on the group site.  Take a look at one of the emails you have received from the group and see if the footer is there.
