Why won't yahoo jukebox open?

Question

Every time I try to open yahoo jukebox I get a message that yahoo music jukebox has encountered a problem and needs to close sorry for the inconvenience but the jukebox never even opened. How can this be corrected any help would be greatly appreciated.

Don't use yahoo music! it is one of the crappiest music programs ever have used. The only reason I got it is was because musicmatch came with my new computer, but they switched to it yahoo so I had to use yahoo to get my plus features. Do your self a favor and download winamp. I think yahoo just began making music players, winamp have been around for 10 years now, and I never had a problem with it, I have been using it since 1999. or there is Itunes i guess, but i've never used that.

Take 2 aspirin and call me in the morning.  Oh, sorry.  Uninstall YMJ via add or remove programs. Download:

If you are currently using Windows Media Player 9 or 10 upgrade to WMP 11:

If that doesn't work, you might want to look at the system event logs (Administrative Tools, event viewer) to get more information on the error.  Indicate what system you are running (XP, Vista, etc.) and provide more of the error message if possible.
