I'm trying to send a hoody to Italy, but when I took it to USPS to be shipped, they said that Italy's customs are not accepting materials that are threaded, or hat, anything apparel. Any information on why? Any idea on when the restriction is lifted? I dont want to use UPS, they cost at least double. Thanks for any help!

  1. Probably because it can cause damage. All you have to do is put that hoody in a box and send it.
