Why wont Outlook sync all contacts to WM5?

There are quite a few contacts that will not sync from outlook onto the phone. (Including ones that used to be on the phone)

But, if the contact is created on the phone, It will transfer to outlook.

The contacts that are working can be updated on either device and sync'd normally.

Additionally, A.S. is up to date, and returns no errors. A.S. recognizes all of the contacts (when doing a 'reset' of the partnership it will recognize the same amount as is in the contact list) but it will not transfer all of them... If the contact is created in outlook, it will not transfer either.

  1. With the PPC connected, go to the AS control window and click Tools > Options  (Select the  source)

    Click Settings.

    In the "If there is a conflict" drop down, pick your way you want it to go.
