  1. Because its too impractical for a country that big. The way its seen by the American government is that it's the current presedents job to think of the present, the future is up to the next guy.

  2. coz,,,i am the leader

  3. We have. What planet are you from?

And it was America in the first place who started all this furor over emissions.

  4. where are you getting your information. it's all  wrong. check it out and try again with a country like china.

  5. becasuse it would be too costly for the american goverment, they make alot of money from obtaining and selling oil and other fossil fules.

  6. It would cost all the companies that emit those emissions too much money. The only way to spend less is to take their time, that's why we are slowly accomplishing the green living methods.

  7. simple. cuts there = cuts in corporate profits.

  8. because people need oil. it provides us with transportation, by car bus and planes. also, it gives us energy to warm our homes in the winter and energy to keep us cool in the winter. also the factories provide us with goods that people need. this is why we cant cut carbon emmisions.

  9. Why and How its not to simple with USA espccialy now with the economy a bit slow down I think they wont reduce it for a while

  10. The american government is basically a board of corporate leaders. They make choices to allow their own interests to prosper. They do not care about the people. They care about power and personal economy. There are some working towards a cleaner future, but not many. And it will be this way until they see that another group is gaining power due to the peoples prayers being answered. Once the republicans see that they will lose without a sustainable development/ecological line of sight, they will say that that is what they have to. But then, the people will be lied to again.

  11. Unfortunately Emma, America is mentally ill,

  12. "America" isn't one person, it's many millions of people.  There are some that do their best to reduce carbon emissions, be kinder to the environment, and recycle.  Likewise, there are others that for whatever reasons, either can't or don't make those changes.  Unfortunately, it takes many millions doing the same thing in order to make a noticable impact.
