Why wont it let me answer questions?

i select the preview button and then nothing happens

As a level 1, you are only allowed to answer so many questions in a 24 hour period. It could be you've maxed out your daily quota for answering. If you notice, you also can't vote on a best answer.

I'm at level 5 and have an unlimited number of answers. Also you can only ask a certain number of questions per day, and it costs you 5 points for each question asked. You get 2 points for each question answered. I know, go figure.
