  1. SOME music bought on itunes is  DRM copy protected and CAN only play on an a computer Authorised to the account that bought it -OR- and iPod/ipHone paired to it and NO other.

This is a restriction of the music industry and similar things happen with Zune and Walkman users.

Some songs on itunes do NOT have any DRM protections and can be played on any device.  these are called itunes Plus.

Importing songs from CD does not give the music a DRM copy protections.

you are trying to copy over protected music and it won't play try buying itunes plus music and it will.

this is NOT a restriction imposed by itunes but the Music industry and applies to all Music Players and their sites.
