We got her like 2 weeks ago and she was eating and stuff and she was happy and playful. But all of a sudden she just seemed TOO skinny. so i started to observe her and she ISNT EATING! she will drink water but wont eat food, she is tinier that my kittens that are still nursing. WHAT DO I DO? i normally dont feed her meat, but i offered her that too and she TURNED IT DOWN. she walks all weird like an old crippled cat and she can barley move sometimes. WHAT DO I DO?

  1. Kittens of that age can go down hill very quickly, You need to take her to a vet asap.

I am also very concerned that you got a kitten at 6wks old, she was too young to leave her mum and that could be half the problem

  2. Go to the vet. That's the first thing you do when you're concerned about an animal. Not go on the computer [=

But really, vets observe the cat. We can't do that.

    GO!

  3. TAKE HER TO THE VET!

She could have worms or something. I don't think that it is a case of just missing her mother!

  4. How long has she not been eating?

If it's been going on for a long time, then take her to the vet because she might have stomach trouble. The fact that she's drinking water might mean that she's got blocked intestines that's she's trying to clear.

Is she overly lethargic? You can check at most pet stores for grass for pets. Also, try milk. Not regular mik, but cat milk, which you can also get at most pet stores. That'll keep her nourished.

However, if it's come on suddenly, as you say, then it might be that she's just not hungry.

Use your best judgement. Try a few things and keep observing her behavior.

  5. I play with my cat and sometimes i give it milk and tuna

  6. Definetely take her to the vet.  and its good shes drinking water because she could get dehydradet.  try giving her treats and fruits and anything possible.  im thinking she might have FIP or some other deadly disease.  Hurry, take her to the vet before its too late!
