Why wont my avatar picture work?

i uploaded a picture onto my yahoo 360 page and then set it as my primary pic. then i set my yahoo 360 pic as my profile pic for yahoo answers but when i did that all i got was a white box with a red X in it as my profile pic. why isnt it working?

A lot of users have posted as having the same problem including me. yahoo are aware of the problem with the 360 avatar and say they are working to fix it.

hopefully it won't be to long.
