  1. probably the linkage needs adjusted.


  2. maybe the gears are not lining up try to let out on clutch while engine is running and then try reverse. also have the transmission oil checked, and it maybe a shift cable or linkage. hope this gets u going  

  3. the shifter linkage is messed up, have it checked out.
