  1. check oil filler cap is it creamy is it using water if so head gasket is gone

  2. first to have a cylinder compression test , then to do

carburetor work or idle control  etc.

  3. white smoke means something is wrong with the top half of the engine black smoke means the bottom half, usually.

  4. You more than likely have a blown head gasket or cracked head. You don't give much information to work with. Did it overheat? White exhaust indicates engine is getting coolant into cylinders.

  5. depending on the type of car- $500 and up to fix the head gasket, more if the heads are warped or cracked. I would not buy that car unless you are only paying a few hundred dollars for it.

  6. guess you overheated it didnt you ran it hot .. blew the motor or the head gaskets

  7. >>  why does white smoke come out of the exhaust?

Ouch!!  That is a strong sign that your head gasket is blown (or even worse your heads are cracked.

    $$$ to fix.

    Good Luck...

  8. White smoke is normally a sign that water is leaking into the cylinders, possible head gasket failure or crack in engine block.
