Question:

Why wont my chameleon eat?

My chameleon is still fairly young, and I have noticed it hasn't been eating the last 1 1/2 weeks.

I'm getting worried, I'm afraid of it going to just die, and I'll be left with a dead motionless body.

It also isn't drinking, feels like its trying to drown itself.

It used to drink from a bowl...

Its grown to thin, and its death is coming unless something happens.

I need help, I really do. Shadow depends on it.

-P.s Whenever I hold him, he just falls over, and I tried force feeding him, but it doesn't seem to have a hole in its mouth..

Its scaring me... .-.

  1. chameleons usually never drink from a bowl. you should always spray the plants twice a day or more so she can drink off them. have you tried fruit flies or pin head crickets? they wont eat anything thats too big. your cage should be around 90 degrees. is there something stressing her out like a dog or being in a busy noisy room?
