Why wont my computer let me upload any pictures on any wesites?

i cant upload any pics on any websites on my computer i was able to until about a month ago i dont know what is wrong.Does anyone know how i can get this fixed

Your problem might be that you're trying to upload form a photo imaging software such as Adobe photo shop..You need to remove the pictures from there before trying to upload >>
