Why wont my computer take a screenie?

Okay before I press the Prt Scrn/Sys Rq button I have this link copied

now I press the button and I still have

http://www.neopets.com/spotlights/custompet/index.phtml

a Prnt Scrn takes a snapshot of the screen itself. Then you would paste it into any image processor ex. Paint, photo shop
