Why wont my full tilt short cut load?

my internet is working but every time i try to get on full tilt poker it says it cannot connect.....does any1 no y this might happen or if it is happening to them?

  1. yeah it happened to me too

    I restarted my computer, reopened full tilt, and it asked for a software update to download.

    Download that and it works
