Why wont my ipod touch sync

Question

When i plug my ipod touch into my computer the ipod starts charging and my computer says its syncing my ipod but my ipod doesnt say that its syncing and it doesnt sync. (Im trying to sync 2.0 apps)

Then its not syn  and they are not communicating with other. Try to use some ungraded software that you can download from www.download.com and I think this will solve your problem.

Pls ensure u are using the latest iTunes 7.7 in order for the iPod Touch to work. It need the 7.7 version if u are running the 2.0 software.

Try resetting your iPod and then plug it back in.

Is it even appearing as an icon on iTunes? It may need to be completely restored.
