Why wont my jato pull wheelies.?

HI I got this jato 3.3 car from traxxas at a hobie shop new. I got it all workin and stuff broke it in and now it wont go that fast or pull wheelies. I need some help.

Put some extra weight in the back end to help it make wheelies ;)))
