Why wont my motorbike start im getting gas and spark shut it off now i cant get it started?

1997 cr125r --i just rebuilt the top end---started up and ran fine---now i cant get it started---plug gets wet-- and im getting spark when i lay my plug on the motor----imthinking carb---it almost seems like its getting to much gas------maybe coil----maybe its not getting hot enough spark???????

sounds like you got to much gas,   flooding  perhaps

  you need to test ,how much your getting ,

  and the coil,  oh the coil,   right pain     , test this as well

you    m ite want to check your fuel pump
