Question:

Why wont my muscles grow

I am 13 turning 14 in december and i have no muscle tone. All my friends have huge distinguished muscles and six packs and huge pecs, i do exercise and i do push ups, sit ups and ergos but my muscles wont grow and i cant do even one pull up whats wrong with me?

  1. You Need your protein in order to train. Wolf down some peanut butter sandwiches


  2. you just may not be able to build up muscle at this time. your testosterone may be low. drink milk after working out, as it helps to build muscle.

  3. Eat alot of protine and excersice lol.

  4. Lift some heavy weight.  You wont gain muscle doing pushups.

  5. Eat protein bars everyday, but don't over do it. Work out with more weight and do fewer reps. Push ups and holding plank position are the best muscle toners in the upper body. You need protein to bulk up a little more though.

  6. you can easliy get muscle fatigue which will not allow to grow. The way it works when you work out, the muscle mass seperates.  Then in between fills up with new tissue. The new tissue is what makes you bigger and stronger. Now if you don't let the tissue heal before the next work out, then it will tear that means you have muscle fatigue and takes a while to heal even more.
