Why wont my phone log into yahoo moble it says it will online and i try and it doesnt can any one help me?

I haven't been able to for weeks either.  I emailed them and asked and they just sent back a macroed automatic reply with no info.  I've since switched to google mobile.

try doing it online and try to fix it if that dont work contact yahoo
