Why wont my phone receive pictures?

it sends pics just fine but no one seems to get them from me ...its a samsung SGH-T509S

t-mobile? try putting the full phone number (1-456-555-3452)

try sending a picture to yourself.  If you receive it then your service is working and the problem is with the sender.  If you do not receive it though you need to contact your service provider as there is something wrong with the messaging setup
