Why wont my photoshop picture appear on the list to upload my picture on myspace?

well i finished editing a picture on photoshop and i saved it to my desktop and when i go on myspace to upload it, it wont appear on my desktop thumbnails.

why is it doing that?

Not the right format. Firstly, "Flatten" the image. Then save it as a .jpg or .png :)
