  1. Try using a cloth to wipe the cooper part on the battery where it connects to the PSP and do the same with the connectors inside the PSP battery whole-thingy.  There may be grime or oil from your hands that has caused the connection between the battery and the system to become limited or crappy. I don't actually own one, but I saw this on "First Sunday", so...

  2. When I misplaced my adapter charger that comes with the PSP, I went to GameStop and bought 1 that u put the battery directly n2 and plug in2 the wall. It didnt charge it. So I went back and got another1. Still nothing. I went to Wal-Mart and bought a different brand. It still didnt work. I thought my battery was bad and my PSP was only 3months old!  I finally found the charger that came with it, plugged it in and low and behold, it worked. I haven't had a problem since, and my battery still lasts over 5 hrs. For some reason the direct ones just didnt work. Try to get a plug in adapter charger and see if that works.

  3. if your battery is total out of energy and you re-charge, you can have what we call a negative charge  12v negative, and you battery will need to be replace.

also how old is you battery? it probably wont hold charge anymore.

autozon or pep boys auto parts will test your battery for free.

    good lack.
