Why wont my weight MOVE!?!?!?!?

I'm 5' 9" 173 lbs 17 male waist 35 inch somthing like 28% body fat i last half a stone in about 3 weeks and a bit but after 2 more weeks of 1 hour working out a day 2 liters of water vits health eating less bad fat and more protein i lost that half a stone in 3 weeks 2 weeks after i've gone up 2 pounds rather then down (it could be muscle building i know) but my fat % hasn't gone down explain or even advice?

  1. Make sure you are taking in enough caloriess. If you are not than your body will store them as fat because it thinks you are going into a starvation mode. Try eating healthy. Half your plate should be veggies. The other should be divided in half with protein and either starch or breads making up the other. Try to stay away from high fat meats like bacon and sausage. You can switch to lower fat dairy products. Just make sure you are getting enough calories to make up for the excersise. To much of a diffrence is not good
