I'm 5' 9" 173 lbs 17 male waist 35 inch somthing like 28% body fat i last half a stone in about 3 weeks and a bit but after 2 more weeks of 1 hour working out a day 2 liters of water vits health eating less bad fat and more protein i lost that half a stone in 3 weeks 2 weeks after i've gone up 2 pounds rather then down (it could be muscle building i know) but my fat % hasn't gone down explain or even advice?
