Why wont paypal accept my M/C debit card? (experts on this needed)?

Question

I tried linking my debit card that is hooked to my bank account to paypal but it wont accept it. This is what it says - "We were unable to verify this credit card. Please check if the information you entered is correct. If the problem persists, please try to enter a different credit card." I alredy checked and everything seems right. It says it accepts this card and its the only one i have so some1 plz help me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You must make sure that the Zip code you are using matches your bank account exactly. I had an issue with this when i moved to verify my new address the bank hadn't updated my zip so when they compared the two they weren't matching.
