Why wont the city pick up the trash. Los angeles california public trash?

around my neighborhood a couple blocks away from my house. The public trash cans are full of trash and the city hasnt came for weeks. People are trying not to litter by throwing their waste in a tash can. trying to make their surroundings better, but all the public trash cans are full to the top

some of the trash has even flew off because of the negligence of the city

its not even a small street its a freking big street where the busses pass by. by the bus station.

in huge intersections

its just near ghetto areas

who can i call about this or email?

can anyone help

im tired of walking by and seeing the trash cand full of garbage and trash carried by the wind

call 311  thats the city wide number for all city services

or you can also contact your couniclperson office and they

will look into as well

If they are city trash cans you can call here to report it

If they are dumpsters that are "owned" by businesses in the area they are not for public dumping.
