Why wont the link stay on my youtube page?

Question

Ok I went to channel designe, down to advanced designed customization, but every time I put the link on and save it it never comes up. Here is the link to the picture I want.

Willl you tell me what im not doing right.

Is my youtube page supposed to be plain and then put the picture on it. Thanks a bunch.
