agree to hear challenges to the withholding/income tax laws?..its long been a policy of all Federal Courts to dis-allow any challenges to these unratified laws in tax non-payment cases....but the 11th is SO liberal you would think they of all of them would allow one of these cases to proceed?

  1. Income tax is illegal. Look it up, its all over the net. People who have sued the government on this subject, won. They won, because it is NOT a law to pay income taxes.

  2. Apparently they don't think the cases have merit.  If this is the long held trend... it seems unlikely that the court is ALWAYS manned by "ultra liberal" judges.

  3. Um... the witholding of income tax is the law and practice of the land. I think it's kooks like Bush's "Supreme" Court that would try to overturn that practice.

  4. Ae you kidding?they suckle at the taxpayer t*t just like all civil service drones...no way they will allow anything to hurt their paychecks.....they are only liberal when it comes to protecting  the ACLU,Hollyweird and child molesters anyway
