Question:

Why would God's creation not reflect God?

The bible claims God made man in his own image. Why, therefore, must God exist as an irrational entity in this world full of rationality and logic? Why then, is God illogical, when man is a creature of logic, when this world can be defined by logic?

Should not God's order reflect God? Should not his creation reflect his own intricacies? And yet it does not, for God cannot be by proven by any rational means. In order to believe in God, one must possess "faith"-- which is believing in something without any evidence. In other words, there is no reason to believe God is real.

Is it stupid, therefore, to assume that there is no God?

  1. A deist god seems to be logically defensible to me...

Though not that ogre you find in the Bible.

  2. We can only figure out what we are capable using logic.  Otherwise there would be no unanswered questions.  Just look at the intracasies of the creation of the solar system.  Things are so specific that believing it just happened this way is mental thinking.  The same faith it takes to believe in God it takes to not beleive in God.  With all the proof it's very hard to see otherwise.

    Just My Thoughts!

  3. Man is a creature of logic?  If man is a creature of logic then explain what logic there is to murders, rapes, child molestation etc., I'm still waiting for some supposedly logical person to prove that atheists exist but nobody has been up to the challenge.
