I am 20, healthy, and have 1 child and 2 recent miscarriages. This month I should have gotten my cycle on the 14th and have had no signs or symptoms like I normally do. I have taken 2 pregnancy tests and one at the doctor. I went today to have labs done so I should know on Friday for sure but if I am not pregnant, why would I not have a period? I have had them since I was 10 and never missed a single one and have never been late.

  1. It can be normal to skip a period for a month sometimes such as due to being stressed about something (regardless of whether the thing causing the stress is good or bad).  Also, sometimes a period can be missed if a lot of exercise is being done, or a change in diet.  These are just examples only though.
