Why would I want to move to Milwaukee?

I am applying for a job in Milwaukee. I currently live in Chapel Hill, North Carolina. I just need the job for money but in my cover letter I would like to give a better reason for moving to Milwaukee. Why would I want to move to Milwaukee?

its in wisconsin (like me) and most people think there is just a bunch of red necks here but you can prove them and or yourself wrong that its just like anyother big town in the US

Beautiful lakefront. great education opportunities for kids as well as adults,, Friendly people. the botanical gardens, Near enough to visit Chicago but not need to live in that large a city, nearby lakes for fishing and swimming and boating.
