Question:

Why would Jesus have never died physically if He didn't die on the cross?

Muslims say He didn't die on the cross but raised up to heaven. He could have done this.

But He chose to do the Fathers will & suffer the cross.

I just received revelation knowledge from God that Jesus was born without sin nature so He would have never died. Since the wages of sin is death...

Our sins separate us from God... We die...

But Jesus did die on the cross. After he cried out, "My God, my God, why have you forsaken me?!". I just realized our sins were on Him. Our sins separated Jesus from God. That is why He physically died (Jesus spiritual soul never died.) But since He was without sin Himself, sin couldn't keep Jesus physical body in the grave... He raised from the dead.

  1. Jesus did die on the cross so that the Bible prophecy could be fulfilled and He died for our sins.It was not His choice but the Father's choice.Jesus asked the Father in the garden to please let the cup pass Him, but the Father did not answer Him. He had no choice, He had to die.And those that say Jesus was just a prophet and not the Son of God, have no knowledge of God the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit. They are brain washed from childhood to believe in something or someone that does not exist. They will only discover the truth the day they die and end up on the wrong side and not in Heaven. But then it's too late.

  4. I am a Christian who believes that I too have the Spirit of God!

The question in itself is flawed as it is not in the will of God of what the Prophets foretold about the Messiah. YET the question forces us to recognise the depth of what God actually did by visiting us and may even increase our thankfulness for He could have came in the form of a Mighty Angel.

Therefore taking on the hypothetical suggestion it is my understanding that Jesus would have died physically unless of course He would have chosen to perform physical miracles on a continuous basis which clearly wasn't His pattern nor God's will.

By application of His supernatural power as the Word of God (none stop), Jesus did not have to eat, drink or sleep... yet He chose to become as one of us and operated as a simple man (prophet)... for this was God's will... indeed, he who watches over Israel will neither slumber nor sleep yet God visited us in sinful flesh, in the form of a Son, and though He was born in sinful flesh, sin had no hold on Him as He was Himself without sin!
