It must be in the air because the demos just nominated a candidate who doesn't know what a president is expected to do .... But you have to agree that McCain's choice for VP knocked Obamas camp for a loop and let the GOP capitalize on the women in politics issue which just may have been the edge McCain needed. as well as solidifying every NRA and union vote that weren't committed yet. If these are the kind of blunders the demos make during the election I'd hate to see errors of judgment / mistakes of this magnitude or even lessor  made in the international arena where you don't get a second chance and every decision directly effects our nation our kids our grand-kids forever because forever is a long time to suffer just because someone wants to be America's first black President. It's all for him and his anger at being born black.. I was on the fence but Palin and her son in the service and a real blue-collar contender I can relate with pushed me to the GOP side ...

Please! I watched your video (read: propaganda), and she was obviously talking about how she needed to get more information to know if she would be a good fit. The responsibilities of the VP vary greatly depending on who the President is.

Because liberals think it's cute to take things out of context in order to twist their meaning.  It has to do with the inherent dishonesty of the liberal mindset, I think.

If liberals were capable of honesty, they'd realize that she was saying that she doesn't want just the bare minimum V.P. duties... checking every day to see how the President is feeling, and breaking tie votes in the Senate.
