  1. Because NBC is owned by GE and commodities trading in energy is really profitable these days because the the carbon trading/global warming scam.

  2. lol, your link is to an edited (or at least "claimed" to be) version of the original story without any penguins. Perhaps you should beef up your fact-checking techniques.

Edit: lol, You were the one that apparently couldn't post a link to the original.  After I saw that your link did NOT agree with your words, why would I bother wasting more time watching additional clips?

  3. NBC is notorious for faking news stories.  A few years ago they aired a segment claiming that a certain type of truck would blow up in a collision, but the the scene they filmed was one in which they rigged the gas tank with remotely activated flares.

  4. Because education programs like Bushes "No Idiot Left Behind" means that even the editorial staff of a major media network don't know where penguins live.

  5. The report said that the 15 year old only skied 80 miles to the pole... maybe 3-4 days.

The footage is boring, and nothing happened, so some editing hack at NBC threw some stock footage in to make it look more interesting.  There's no rocky mountain with 50' thick ice out in the Arctic sea pack ice within 80 miles of the North Pole either.

I guess to some people that must prove that global warming doesn't exist?

  6. Its all because they don't tell the story of chicken little in grammar school anymore.
