Why would a 32 year old man buy a diamond pendant out of the blue?

This all started about two months ago. I started dating this man and I'm 23 years old which I don't mine at all. Anyway, I means the world to me and he told me that he wanted me for a long time. I felt the same way. Well before he went to class he stop by my house so I could giving him back his jacket and he gave me a baby blue box. I just don't understand is he in love with me or is just giving out jewelry just because? Oh by the way I falling for him hard but I not telling him this at all I want things to work out between us.

Men his age (my age) are thinking more about the big picture and not just about today and tomorrow. I think if he's wanted you for a long time he's included you in his future. This is not a game and if u don't want to be a major player in his then u need to let him know before things get too deep. You say you're falling for him. Go ahead and fall and I'll bet he'll be there to catch you.
